Hi there, Just to let you know, The frames were delivered fine, and despite a couple of dents and holes in the packaging, were safe and sound. They were wrapped adequately, packaged sensibly, and putting the window mounts in the corresponding frames not only made my job easier, but quicker too. Every measurement was spot on (despite my nerves about whether MY measurements were ok- they were!) And there were more than enough fixings etc...something that can potentially be a hindrance if you add hunting for a fixing to the long list of "to-do's" that make up an exhibition. It's not often that you can tell that careful consideration has gone into good customer service, (especially with online companies) but it was immediately apparent with eFrame. I had to mount all my prints within an evening, having never before framed a print or even organized an exhibition. eFrame's excellent customer service, and faultless diligence ensured that my job was as painless and worry-free as possible, which is definitely a good thing! Even the little things, such as the website's sample colours being exceptionally close to the real thing, pilot holes being made for the screws, and window mounts being placed within the corresponding frames.
